Hi. I'm Heather LaPerouse Speizman.
Welcome to my travel page.
A little bit about me and my travel hospitality story.
I'm a Travel Designer Consultant with Elli Travel Agency out of New York.
We are a boutique agency with unbelievable partnerships with
world wide experiences.
I was born and raised in New Orleans and the past 30 years I am based in Charleston, South Carolina.
My career has been a wide range of industries from building an Art Franchise
(and landing a deal on Shark Tank), Creative Solution Designing Workshops for Corporate America (PwC, theDifference, Marble Leadership, OW), to leading a Government Agency as an Experience Maker.
The consistent thread has always been to create unbelievable experiences, new and interesting environments, and over the top hospitality.
I've always had a sense of wanderlust for travel since my first International trip during her senior year of high school in the 90's. From that point forward, I have traveled extensively, hosted International students, and encourage every person I meet to travel and see the world.
Barry and I met at the College of Charleston and have been married ever since.
We have children in college (Go Clemson Tigers!), and a Middle Schooler and they all share my passion for travel and experiences.
Some of my favorite trips have been - Thailand, Amalfi Coast, Prague, Budapest, Normandy, London and Turkey, a mother/daughter trip throughout Europe by RiverCruise and also a Luxury ocean cruise ship around Europe.
Domestically, the beaches of 30A, skiing in Colorado, New Orleans, and mini-lobster season in the Florida Keys.
Living in Charleston near the water is pretty fabulous too.
I joined Elli Travel to create bespoke, memorable, and exquisite travel plans that will be cherished by the client for years to come.
